Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, you can cancel your contract at any time.
What happens if I like posting my own contact to my sites?
If you prefer posting your own content you should check out our DIY (Do It Yourself) program. Under this program, you will receive 16 -20 images per month for social media posting. These posts include holiday images, Would You Rather images, motivational quotes, and real estate tips. You will need a Canva Pro account to edit the templates we give you. The templates are released on the 15th of each month with content for the following month. You will also be able to receive up to 2 personalised Add-On posts each week.
How much time does it take for an Add-On Post to be created?
These are normally created and posted within 24 hours of receiving the request.
What happens if I want to use a new photo or logo in my social media images?
No problem! We encourage agents to update their professional photos 2-3 times a year. As well, a logo refresh is always a good idea. Simply email any changes to Admin@MindMySocial.com and we will take care of it immediately.
How do I take advantage of my customized Add-On Posts?
Simply fill out our Add-On Post request and we will post it within 24 hours of receipt (or on the date and time requested).
Who creates and posts the content?
Elves! Just kidding. We have an entire team that will be working behind the scenes to grow your brand. Some of our team members work on content and design while others work on scheduling the posts. All of our team members are U.S. based and they take great care to make sure each post is spell-checked and grammatically correct.
Is there any content that Mind My Social will never post?
Yes. There are many subjects that we steer clear of. We do not post anything political, religious, or discriminatory in nature. We do not feature any posts that appear sexual or contain references to drugs or alcohol.
Will the same content be posted across multiple social platforms?
Yes, if Mind My Social is managing several of your social media platforms, the content will be the same across the platforms. This is good for your brand as it shows consistency.
Will other real estate agents have the same content as me on their social platforms?
If others in your marketplace have hired Mind My Social, it is possible that you will see similar posts on their platforms. Remember, you are marketing and branding to your own Sphere of Influence, which is likely different from the Sphere of Influence of other agents. Therefore, similar content on other sites should have no impact on your marketing efforts. Don't forget to take advantage of the Add-On posts each week as this will really differentiate you from other agents.
